How do I get access to your deals?
Just sign up for our buyers list and we’ll send you off-market deals directly to your inbox. We prioritize serious, ready-to-act investors, and most of our deals go fast—so keep an eye out. Also, please call/text me TODAY and tell me what you are looking for! Sometimes we have properties available that we don’t blast out.
What are the typical requirements for your deals?

A $5,000–$10,000 non-refundable earnest money deposit depending on the property.

Can I inspect the property before buying?
Absolutely. We’ll coordinate access when possible, but keep in mind these are typically as-is sales. Due diligence must be completed before submitting an offer.
Do you offer seller finance or creative financing deals?
Absolutely! While most of our deals are cash, we also source seller finance and subject-to deals. Make sure to check the deal breakdown or ask us directly.
Are these deals first come, first served?
Sometimes we operate on a first come, first serve basis. We’re fair and transparent, but speed matters. If you’re ready to move quickly, you’ll have the best shot at landing great deals.
Can I partner with you on deals?
We’re always open to partnering with the right people—especially those who bring value, hustle, money, or opportunities to the table.
If you’re a wholesaler with a motivated seller lead, a bird dog who wants to learn the game, or an investor looking to JV (joint venture) on deals, we’d love to explore the fit. That said, we only partner on a case-by-case basis.
